Swim Team Development & Racing Prep

Kosmos is launching a highly exclusive swim team program for dedicated athletes starting January 26, 2026. Swimmers will train Monday–Thursday from 4:30–6:00 pm at our Fort Worth location with our elite coaches, focusing on advanced technique, endurance, and race strategies.

The team will be divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups, ensuring every swimmer trains at the right level for growth and progression.

This is more than practice – it’s about commitment, improvement, and preparing for competition. At the end of 2026, qualifying athletes will have the opportunity to race officially, marking the step from training to competition.

The facility features a six-lane shallow-water pool maintained at a comfortable 90°F year-round. Don’t miss the chance to meet us in person and dive into the action!

How young can my child be to participate in the swimming lessons?

4 years of age or older regardless of experience level. Younger swimmers are still welcome but can only be coached through a private lesson.

What should my child bring to their swimming lesson?

A swimsuit, towel, swim cap (optional but recommended), and goggles. For younger swimmers, a parent may also need to bring swim diapers if necessary.

Do I need to be in the water with my child?

For group lessons, parents do not need to be in the water. For private lessons with younger children, parental involvement may be encouraged based on comfort level and skill progression.

Do the 5 or 10-lesson packages expire?

Yes. To help everyone stay on track and maintain high attendance, we’ve implemented package expiration dates. This encourages swimmers to stay in shape without missing workouts, while still allowing plenty of flexibility. The 5-lesson package is valid for 45 days after purchase, and the 10-lesson package is valid for 90 days.
